One Time Consultation:
Single One-on-One session to gain information surrounding nutrition and recommendations for your goals. This option has the least on-going support and may be appropriate for those seeking to *tweak* their performance or results but do not desire ongoing accountability or support. Includes one InBody Scan.
Nutrition Level 1: (billed monthly until cancelled)
Level 1 is a great program for the individual that would like accountability and personalized guidance to meet their fitness and nutrition goals.
Nutrition Level II: (twelve weeks billed once or split into three payments)
Level II is the best program for an individual seeking the most accountability and support as they begin to establish patterns that support their individual goals. Once the first twelve weeks are completed, moving into Level I is recommended to continue to receive support for desired outcomes.
Bi-weekly consultation with one of our Nutrition Coaches to custom tailor a your goals surrounding nutrition and bi-weekly InBody Scan to have a clearer picture of your results.
Weekly Virtual Check-ins with your coach on the weeks opposing consultations.
Access to our private FB Nutrition Community for additional support, recipe ideas and daily communication.
