Our boot camp program is designed to help individuals on their way to getting stronger and fitter utilizing functional fitness moves that rely on their own body weight rather than a bunch of equipment. Designed and led by Coach Jacob, this six week program offers a great mid ground between traditional group fitness and CrossFit movements.
We offer two levels of participation and two class times:
Basic Boot Camp – Total body workouts 3x per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) in 6 week sessions.
Boot Camp Plus – Total body workouts 3 times per week (Mon, Wed, Fri), bi-weekly InBody scans with consult (3x per 6 week session), Nutrition coaching with Coach Kyrsten to fully support your health and fitness goals.
