Class Definitions

CrossFit: CrossFit is a group workout that consists of constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity and modified to all ages, levels, and body types (including modifying for injuries and mobility). Movements are scalable to fit any fitness level from grandmas to firefighters! Classes usually last one hour. Never the same workout except for some benchmark WODs such as “Fran”, “Cindy” and “Helen” or a Hero WOD. Don’t worry you’ll catch on to CrossFit lingo soon enough!  Must complete our On-Ramp Course first!

Drop Ins: Only for those with CrossFit experience. Register here.

No Sweat Consult (FREE): Want to learn more than a drop-in class may offer and see if CrossFit is for you? Call Coach Ahri at 951-409-6381 to set up a time to meet and get to know what we’re all about.

On-Ramp: (Required for all beginning Cross-fitters) On-Ramp is a two-week class taught by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Learn the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit one=on-one or in a small group setting (2-3) that include a short workout at the end of each class. Must complete this course in order to attend regular CrossFit workouts. *If you have a limited schedule, we may be flexible in adapting to your scheduling needs within regular CrossFit business hours. Call for details 316-202-8877  to get started. 

Community WOD: There is no charge for our community class which is held at 8:30 A.M. every Saturday and is open to drop-in guest Cross-Fitters and the public who are curious about our CrossFit program.  It usually consists of a partner or team workout incorporating some weights, body-weight movements, and cardio. 

Nutrition Coaching: Several options for Nutrition Coaching provided by our own Nutrition Experts.

One-on-One Training: Individual or small group (2-3) sessions. $65 – 60 minute session (prices vary upon group composition)

Cancellation policy: We require a 7 day written notice via e-mail on any membership plans prior to the due date 1st or 15th  or pay a $35 late cancellation fee.
